A person reaches out directly or is referred by a partner organization. Service Human gathers only the minimum information needed to understand the situation.
2. Stabilization
Immediate needs are identified and stabilized where possible through direct essentials support, practical guidance, and calm navigation.
3. Resource Connection
Individuals are connected to trusted partner organizations, licensed professionals, and lawful pathways for longer-term stability.
